Mr Arif Shad is the President of Britannia Companies Corporation, which owns Agave farms in Jalisco, Mexico. Arif Shad is also a Member of the Board of the Asociacion Nacional De Productores De Jarabe De Agave E Inulina A.C. Mr. Arif Shad is the President and Chairman of Shad Group, S.A. de C.V., which produces the Agave Nectar and Vanilla in Guadalajara, Mexico.


Mr. Shad's ambitious goals, dedication and outstanding leadership speaks for itself throughout his many diversified ventures and successes, from being in the political arena to the US Government where he provided service to US Customs, and in the various companies he owns and operates.


Britannia is also involved in electric power stations, satellite communications and manufacturing industries in several countries. As President of Jamaican House Coffee Ltd, which is a grower and producer of coffee, to owning and operating retail/office complexes and land development, as CEO of Shad Properties Group, L.L.C. and President of Capital Ship Line which owns and operates loose cargo from South America to USA, Fleet, just to mention a few, Mr. Arif Shad is no stranger to business.
